The process includes the 4 following steps, ordered per importance:

Plan your femdom session by drawing a scheme of what you are willing to do, and then go deeper into every detail. Where should it take place? When? How will I be dressed? What about my submissive dress code? Which tools do I need? When the logistic part has been planned, you can free your imagination and shortly describe your femdom dream-scene. Only by meticulously planning the session, you can take care of every detail and make it perfect!

FLR CONTRACT

Prepare it in order to create protocol and instructions for the interaction between Mistress and submissive. Mainly, you need to establish a safe-word that your submissive can use to slow down or stop the action when it’s’ too much. From your side, you have to set up rules to discipline your sub and decide which punishments to apply in case of disobedience. This contract is informal but important as it attests that you both agree about everything that happens, that you will respect each other and it is a consensual act.

1- Role-play

There are several traditional roles played in BDSM. Among the most popular you have teacher & student, doctor & patient, police-woman & thief, or other. You, as a femdom, create the story and each one of you plays his role.

2- Foot (shoes and stockings) worship
